| If you have been having quarrels and discord in your home, a spirit-scaring ritual may help. Get everyone in the household together in the main room of the house, especially if they have been involved in the arguments. Give everyone a bell, a pot or pan lid, and a stick, or some other way to make noise. Improvising is fine, as long as it's loud. Start making lots of noise, and go through the whole house, scaring away the demons of conflict and strife. Come back to the main room, let the noise build to a peak, then stop. Be very quiet for a few minutes, then hug each other. |
