Spell: Blessing for Medicine

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

No matter how healthy we may be, at some point we'll have to take medicine. Whether it's doctor prescribed medication or cough syrup from the store, a bit of blessing magic can help to align our bodies with healing energy and also try to minimize potential side effects from the medicine.

To begin, hold the bottle in your hands and visualize yourself in a healthy state. Mentally send white light into the medicine and say:

"Vital medicine I hereby bless, to
restore my body, good health defend;
diminish all that would cause stress,
absorbing only what will soothe
and mend; for highest good, by free
will, let this magic be fulfilled."

The medicine should then be taken as prescribed.
