Spell: Garden Meditation

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Today is National Garden Meditation Day. It is an excellent opportunity to meditate in a green space in nature. You may want to meditate near your own garden or go to a public garden. Just make sure it is a place where you feel safe and comfortable sitting quietly with your eyes closed. Meditation is a way to concentrate on the present moment instead of being concerned about a past event or worrying about events that haven’t happened yet. A garden is the ideal place to immerse yourself as you find stillness within.

Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes, and focus on your breath. Take three deep cleansing breaths. Allow any thoughts, colors, or images that you see in your inner vision to come, observe them, and then let them pass through your consciousness. Take all the time you need to ground yourself and stay present in the moment.
