If you feel that you're the victim of a curse, you can destroy any negative energies directed at you. You'll need a white candle in a secure holder and a small bare twig you've picked up off the ground. Place the candle on your altar and lay the twig in front of it. Carefully light the candle. Hold the twig as you say:

To you who creates ill fate,
To you who speaks words of hate,
The power of your evil is broke.
I send back the words you spoke.

Now spit on the twig and snap it in half. Blow out the candle. Throw the twig pieces in the compost or the trash. When the candle cools, throw it in the trash—don't use it for other magic. The curse will weaken and become harmless.
