Purchase some clay or other sculpting medium from an art supply store; it must be the type you can bake in a home oven. To begin the spell, work the clay vigorously. Feel the anger coming out of you, and channel it into the clay. Shape the clay into a small, flat, round shape. Inscribe it with the word "anger" and bake it. When your tablet is done, go into a garden or wooded area. Dig a small hole. Smash your tablet and crumble it into the hole. In a strong voice, say: Anger and sorrow be gone! Back to the earth, back to the ground. All of the anger, all of the pain Dissolve to dust in this earthly grave, Never to return again! |
