Bullying has long been a problem. Thankfully it is no longer a deep, dark personal secret. These days you will find countless blogs, podcasts, and articles on the topic, and there are support groups online and in person. Let's get our Crafty Witch activated and create a poppet that can be utilized by you or given to someone who needs it.

Select a raw potato that reminds you of the bully in your life. Purchase it and take it home. Wash the potato and let it dry in the sun all day. In the evening, draw a face and body on the potato with a waterproof Sharpie. Recite by moonlight:

Bully, bully, bully,
Your days of bothering me are no more.
I cast you on this day out of my sphere,
No more, no more, no more
I bid you adieu.

Using a shovel, bury the poppet in soil. As you wash your hands, acknowledge that you are purged of the bothersome bully. Repeat this on the next full moon if necessary.
