LLEWELLYN'S SPELL-A-DAY

Spell: Bibliomancy for Balance

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

This divination can help you ascertain what changes need to be made in order to bring balance to your life. Choose a book that has special meaning for you. It can be a sacred text or magick book or perhaps a favorite novel or even a comic book that you like a lot. Hold the book in your hands and ask, "What do I need more of in my life?" With your eyes closed, open to a random page and let your index finger land somewhere on the page. Open your eyes and read the word or phrase your finger is pointing to. Then close the book and ask, "What do I need less of in my life?" Open the book again and point to a place on the page, then interpret the message. The message could be literal or symbolic. Open your heart and listen with your spirit. Then think of some action steps that you can take to regain balance based on the messages you received.
