Today, do something small, but fill it with big love. A classic example is to buy coffee for the person after you in line at the coffee shop, but you might also bake cookies and share them with neighbors, buy flowers for a partner or coworker, or take a young family member shopping for a new pair of jeans. Whatever you choose to do, as you do it, envision and feel the bright light of love coming from infinity and the core of the earth, entering both your feet and the crown of your head, meeting at your heart, and flowing out in abundance to the heart of the recipient and across the surface of the world.
