Incense of the day: Juniper On a clean white sheet of paper, make a list of all the things you think are holding you back from obtaining all that you desire in this life. Then make a second list of reasons why these limitations exist in your life or why you have not yet released them. Take a good look at your lists and allow all the thoughts and emotions they evoke to come up. See these energies drain from you and flow into the paper. Place the paper in a fireproof container. As you light it on fire, say simply: "I release anything and everything that limits my joy, health, and success." Watch the paper burn and imagine the fire releasing and transforming these energies. Feel your spirit purified and transformed. Then flush the ashes down the toilet. As they spiral away, see and feel the limitations leave you for good. |
