| Like many people, you probably don't take time for yourself.
We've reached the middle of another cold winter, and since this is a Venus day it's time to love yourself for a change, and this spell will help. Run a luxurious bath for yourself using a soothing body wash - vanila, rose, or gardenia are good choices. Light pink or white votive candles. Ease into the tub and visualize every care leaving your body, being cleared away by the water. Later, as the water drains, "see" your worries and concerns going down the drain, too. Dry off, use your favorite moisturizing body lotion, and wrap yourself in a favorite bathrobe. Feel the Goddess surrounding you; she wants you to take care of yourself. Then brew a cup of herbal tea, such as almond or lemon/rose. Sip slowly. Love yourself for a change-you deserve it! |
