Spell: Planting a Garden of Friends

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

By mid-May, our gardens are growing nicely. We weed and water them and talk to the flowers and veggies we've planted. We begin gathering bouquets and good food.
We need to take the same care with our relationships. Add fertilizer and water, so to speak, with regular phone calls and genuine conversations. Be alert for little buggy things (a misspoken word, a forgotten event) that can wilt a friendship.
Weed toxic people out of your personal garden and prune away power and jealousy issues.
Just as you spend time in the sun in your garden, create a sunny atmosphere when you spend time with your friends. Be generous.
Share the bounty of your garden with both real and metaphorical flowers and veggies-compliments and little gifts, nourishing words and encouragement in time of need. Just as your real garden will flourish when you're a good gardener, so will your relationships.
