| Do you have a goal that you just can't seem to reach no matter how hard you try? Could you be standing in your own way to success? This may be the time for some self-examination.
With a black pen, make a list of any fears you can think of relating to your goal. Think hard about it. Are you afraid that your success might bring more responsibilities, challenges, or paperwork? Once your list is complete, write a positive response to every fear right over the top in red ink. Bury the list at a crossroads. As you walk away, toss a penny from your birth year over your left shoulder and say: "I banish fear, my truth is near" Whenever you think of your fears regarding your goal, chase the thought away, replacing it with a positive. Go out there and make your dreams come true. |
