| Speak for Earth today as a member of Gaia's family. Bring mindfulness to your steps, your purchases, your intake of her resources and output into her embrace. Honor your part in the cycle of life in this way, and if you can, make a special effort to go on a hike, swim in the sea, climb a tree, or otherwise participate in nature. Ask yourself if you can reduce your carbon footprint in some small way, maybe by taking public transit, eating vegan or vegetarian more often, or turning off all the lights at sunset tonight.
Find through your efforts one thing you can carry forward into your life every day, and dedicate this spiritual practice to Mother Earth on behalf of all beings. |
