| Here is a spell to thwart the shadows of the dream world. Just before bed, gather three glasses of water, three pennies, and three sugar cubes. Place the glasses in a row under the center of your bed, then drop in the pennies and finally add in the sugar cubes. Crawl into bed, and as you drift off to sleep, recite the following rhyme:
"Pennies three, sweetened for me, cast a refractive security." If the spell was successful, a series of safe dreams will prove the affirmation. The glasses will keep for up to three nights and provide the astral body with a shield for the dream world. To help redirect the flow of your body energy as you sleep, true copper pennies minted before 1982 will work best. Avoid our modern copper-plated zinc imposters, as, sadly, not all pennies are lucky these days. |
