You will need these supplies: * A tealight candle * Rose oil * Paper and pen * A fireproof container * A rose quartz Anoint your tealight with the rose oil. Write down on paper what was hurtful to you-get it all out. Now use the anointed tealight to burn the paper. Let it burn out in the fireproof container-in effect, letting love reign over hate and fear. Now pick up the rose quartz. Focus on its loving energy, and visualize your heart open and seeing the world in a new way. As you do this, repeat: "I am worthy." When finished, let the tealight safely burn out on its own. |
