Hardly a day goes by that we don't hear sirens: police racing to stop a crime or help victimized people, firefighters racing to put out fires in homes and businesses, EMTs racing to rescue and treat injured people. It's important to bless the rescuers and those being rescued.
Whenever you hear a siren, stop what you're doing. Take a deep breath and center and ground yourself. Know that if you were in need, those sirens might be heading in your direction. Say these words: "Blessings for speed and safety to those who are going to help someone. Blessings for healing and safety to those who are waiting for help. Blessings to all on the roads and to their destinations." Or shorten it: "Blessings to you and where you are going." Take another deep breath, and blow the grounding energy to follow the sirens. |
