| In 2016 I was lucky enough to publish a book called Esoteric Empathy. While performing research, I realized the profound extent to which empathy is growing as a biological and spiritual force. It is quite literally changing the world!
Everyone is empathic to one degree or another. For those of us who are especially emotionally absorptive (sometimes called "empaths"), little spells such as this one can be helpful when we have accidentally taken on too much emotional energy from outside sources. If you feel this way, my quick-spell suggestion is to meditate and calm your mind in a darkened room. Next, surround yourself with a small circle of salt. (For an additional boost, use the herbs yarrow, rue, and black pepper.) Imagine this circle growing into a mighty sphere of crystalline light all around your body. Once the circle is established, declare the following multiple times aloud and silently until you feel protected: "Mighty spirits, please come help me build this sphere! My emotions are protected and those of others are cleared!" |
