| On Tuesday, Mars rules the heavens and brings with it the power to initiate new beginnings. Today, take a red candle and inscribe the acronym NWBGN (for New Beginning) on it. Light it while facing the east and say:
"Earth to Mars, Earth to Mars, transmitting now across the stars! Earth to Mars, Earth to Mars, transmitting now across the stars! From my mind to your will, I summon now the Martian skill. From your palace you now spill, here this candle you now fill. In its direction you now flow, toward its path you now go. With your blessing let it grow, with your passion make it so!" Create the mental image of you successfully embarking on the new beginning and then project it into the east. Let the candle burn out completely and safely, then place the remnants in a red cloth pouch, along with some nettle, hyssop, and rue, and place on your altar. |
