| Try this spell to help you remember that you are worthy and deserving of love. Challenge yourself to think of at least five qualities that you like about yourself. Choose a small stone or a pinch of herbs to represent each positive trait. Place the stones and herbs in a small drawstring pouch, or bundle them up in a circle of fabric and secure it at the top. As you assemble your bundle or bag, think about each good quality and how you appreciate that quality in other people. Think of how you actually do exhibit each of these desirable qualities. Squeeze the bundle gently as you charge it with loving emotion. Attach the bundle or pouch to a string so that you can wear it close to your heart |
