

Today the moon is waning in Virgo. This is your time to be introspective. You can evaluate your goals for the year. Sit on the floor with your back supported by a wall or in a highbacked chair. Get comfortable. Close your eyes. Imagine that your mind is a blackboard. Now, with your eyes still closed, take some deep, cleansing breaths. What do you see for the year? Limit yourself to three doable goals and write them on the board. When you slowly come back into yourself from the meditation, write your goals in your journal. |
