How to Chart Erotic Maps

This article was written by Mabel Iam
posted under Sex Magic

Bring to mind your past sex experiences; sometimes, the images you get are not that much of a turn-on. Below, find ways to elaborate on your frustrations and free yourself from your fears.

The body: meant to please

I wish to chart a route map on you and travel every port of your soul to give you pleasure. While I board the abundant sea of your body, we slide towards our final destination, the only shelter, eternal fire’s abode. Mabel Iam

Renewing our memory of pleasure
Bring to mind your past sex experiences; sometimes, the images you get are not that much of a turn-on. These “postcards” generate different emotions in us, from frustration to helplessness. But above all, they create a deep fear of repeating an unsatisfactory sex experience. Recent scientific research has discovered the so-called “mind maps,” which are responsible for organizing our acquired knowledge. By means of them, we can replace unwanted data for more pleasant information. In order to feel pleasure again — without associating our new experiences with bad memories — we can develop our erotic intelligence.

Pleasure maps
We can chart sex maps as well, new pleasure routes directly connected to the sensitive detectors we use during intercourse. The aim is to modify the negative information and chart new erotic maps. There are many ways to do this, but the easiest is by combining visualization, logics and emotional memory.

New pleasure routes: exercise
Men and women feel erotic pleasure in different parts of the body. To find them and organize them according to the feelings they produce, try the following exercise:

1- Choose a full photo of yourself.
2- Get it copied (enlarge it if it’s too small) and glue it onto white paper.
3- Point at each part of our body that produces some sensation, either positive or negative. Use different colors according to some personal criterion.
4- After this, write down the feeling these parts provoke in you. Draw an arrow to signal each part, like in route maps, and remember to note the corresponding feeling, for example “delight and passion”. In the woman’s body, the most sensitive area are the breasts, specifically the nipples, which are the first to react to a sexual stimulus. Other important erogenous zones in the woman’s body are the mount of Venus, the entrance to the vagina, the anal region and the clitoris (the major pleasure organ). In the man’s body, the erogenous zones are in the pelvis, but they also feel pleasure in other areas, like the mouth or the neck. The important thing is to work on the maps conscientiously, and to keep a check on the changes through the practice of sex.
5- In the future, you can go back to your map to add new areas, and new feelings. Visualize and associate the erogenous zones with concrete feelings (and put them into words), this will bring about a conscious change in your memory.
