Incense of the day: Maple Find a close friend or partner, and try this heart-opening exercise. Go to an open space in your house where you can gently dance. Then place your palms against your friend's palms, and allow your hands to follow and lead the other's where they spontaneously want to go. Imagine love pouring through your hands into the other person's, and imagine receiving love from the other person's hands. Close your eyes, and visualize this energy flow. After a few minutes, open up your eyes and look directly at your friend and say: "I honor the god (or goddess) in you," and then allow your friend to say the same. |
