Incense of the day: Evergreen Get a black stone today (quartz crystal works well) and some winter greenery such as pine, holly, evergreen, or hemlock. Place the black stone to your forehead, and focus your negative emotions into it. Con-centrate on the anger or negativity leaving your body, mind, and spirit. Take the stone and throw it in the nearest body of water, where no one else is likely to pick it up. Tack the greenery over your front and back doors. The purity of the greenery will keep negative influences at bay for the holidays. |
