Light some sandalwood incense and breathe deeply. See your life as it is with all its dissatisfactions and distractions. Breathe into that and quickly out of it to move outside yourself. Ask the spirits you hold dear to show you the magic and wonder of your life. Breathe deeply, listening to and watching this powerful moment of stillness and darkness. Wonder is everywhere in your life. Notice that and open to it. When you are finished, come back to your space. Record your newfound wisdom by writing, drawing, or other means. Most of all, live your life as one full of magic and wonder. |
