Incense of the day: Lilac For this spell you will need incense of your choice. You will focus on the element of air to take away negative thoughts or energy. You can use this to remove negative and self-limiting thoughts about yourself and increase self-confidence and happiness. This spell can also be used to cleanse negativity from a room, such as after an argument or conflicting emotions have been expressed. First, focus on the negative energy to be cleared. If it's in a room, go to that room. Light the incense and say: Smoke that rises take away Negative energy- These thoughts can't stay. Anger, misery, Worry and doubt, Smoke, please carry them Out, out, out! Sit for a few moments and watch the smoke rise.
