Winter can make you sluggish, even after three cups of coffee. This spell can help you toss off that groggy feeling and take on those projects you're too tired to do. Take a brisk bath, and add a few drops of a citrus essential oil or some mint. Inhale deeply. These stimulate circulation and brain activity. When you step out of the tub, give yourself a brisk rubdown with your towel, or use a body brush to stimulate circulation. After you have done this, take ten short sharp breaths, inhaling through your nose and blowing out through your mouth. As you do this, picture a ray of Sun shining on you and inside you, heating you at your core. When warm from head to toe, visualize a bubble sealing you in with that solar energy. You should feel energized and ready to take on the next project.
