Spell: Self-Love Bath

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Color of the day: Rose
Incense of the day: Yarrow

To bring love in your life, you need to love yourself! Draw a warm bath and add Epsom salts, baking soda, and/or sea salt. Light tealight candles around the tub and bathroom and bring your favorite crystals and shells to bathe with you. Before entering, add a few drops of several essential oils: vanilla, sandalwood, ylang-ylang, rose geranium, and/or patchouli. Rose, jasmine, and neroli are costly, so go easy if you have them. Roll a towel behind your neck, moisten it, enter the bath, and relax! Visualize the Goddess cleansing away all old energy, and opening all of your chakras-the red and orange ones for passion and sensuality; the yellow one for self-esteem and the ability to receive; the green/pink one for easily feeling emotion, gratefulness, and ability to give; the blue one for crystal-clear expression of your truth; the indigo for trusting your intuition; and the violet one for allowing your connection with Spirit. Think about how the Goddess loves you, and since you are a perfect expression of the Goddess, know that you love yourself! If you don't have a date elsewhere, make a date with yourself-watch a movie, read a book, and pamper yourself!
