Spell: Hematite Elemental Connection

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Color of the day: Blue
Incense of the day: Magnolia

Collect eight pieces of hematite stone. Spend the day with them in your pocket or in a sachet around your neck. Fondle them gently and carefully once each hour of the day. Feel the smooth and cool energy emitting from them. Allow that energy to seep into your fingertips and palms. Feel your warmth and the energy of your body leaving you and entering the stone in exchange. Throughout the day, sense the stones warming in response each time you touch them and become aware of the hematite energy fusing with your own in balance and harmony. When the day is done, take yourself to a river, lake, or pond. Lovingly remove the stones from your pocket one at a time and exchange energy one last time. Toss the stones into the water, envisioning with each stone its total journey from your hand to the bedrock beneath the surface of water. When all the stones have left you, sense their presence, feel them beneath the waters and become aware of your energy with them, cradled within water: the blood of the Earth. Know that your energy has intertwined with the stones. Through you, they have connected with life, and through them, you are connected to the moving, invigorating flow of the energies of Earth.
