Visualize it glowing with the colors of the rainbow; first with red, followed by orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet, and finally white. Put your nose to the cup and inhale deeply, bringing to mind the fields in which the steeped plant was grown, knowing that this is part of the sacred harvest of Earth. Say:
