Spell: Poppets for Peace!

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Poppets - small stuffed doll-effigies for magickal purpose - are a simple, powerful type of intentional magick. Craft a "peace poppet" to bring peace between you and someone you disagree with, or step it up and work a charm for peace throughout the world.
Cut out two matching fabric pieces shaped like a small, chunky figure-a gingerbread cookie cutter makes a great template. Sew the pieces together, stuffing as you go with a magickal "cleansing" or purifying material such as sage or cedar. You might add chips of quartz, too. Write the following on a paper scroll and place inside the poppet:

"May peace be the focus of every heart.
May every soul seek the best for all.
May forgiveness be felt in every word and deed.
May understanding forge a common bond."

Sew the poppet closed and hang it where the sun bathes it. Pray for peace!
