| If you are not yet out of the broom closet, and do not see it happening in the near future, you may grow weary of family occasions where grace is said at meals. You sit through long-winded, rambling prayers that do not apply to you in the least.
You can take control of the situation by saying the blessing. Call upon the Creator, and offer thanks for safety, loved ones, and the fruit of the earth. Remember those absent with a moment of silence. Request continued protection and a good fortune. And out of benevolence throw in an Amen for those who do not share your beliefs. |
