To open yourself to the benefits, go outside at the time of the eclipse (please be careful not to look at the sun without proper protection) and recite the following incantation: "Bright to dark, sun to moon, with open heart I beg a boon. Guide my path with goodwill, through this change and hold me still, In your spirit and free of dread, on this road I choose to tread." Repeat three times.
