| With Beltane coming, it's a good idea to focus on how we feel about love and sex, and to nurture those energies. Take some time to meditate on what is true for you, whether it's celibacy, wild orgies, or something in between. Know that it is your truth, and so long as you harm none in your fantasies or practices, no one can tell you that it's wrong. Harming none, of course, means that we don't cast spells on specific people, unless we have prior permission.
Once you're clear about what you truly desire, break up a rose or two into a clear glass bowl, and chant: "Come to me, love, on the whispering wind, On the rays of the sun and the roar of the sea. Come to me now, by the steadfast earth And all the power of three times three." Say this chant nine times, adding these last two lines at the end: "This spell is now sealed. So mote it be." You may wish to pleasure yourself while doing so, holding off on orgasm and letting the energy peak into the flower petals instead. Once you earth the power afterward, release the petals to the four directions and stand ready for your passion to manifest! |
