| If you can, do this outside after dusk, or at night in a dimly lit room. Light either a dragon's blood or frankincense incense stick and waft it in the air. Enjoy the scent for a moment and allow it to wash over you. Sit in a comfortable position and close your eyes. Chant:
"I am one with the spirit, and the spirit is within me." Continue this chant over and over, and feel your power grow. When you feel it is at its height, release the power into the universe. You may want to throw your hands in the air and yell release! when you are ready to direct the power into the universe. Take a moment now to relax. Prepare a pillow and blanket ahead of time, and take a moment to lie down in peace. Focus your attention on receiving any messages Spirit may have for you. |
