Take a swatch of yellow fabric about the size of your open hand and into it place the following: * 3 pinches chamomile herb * 2 pinches hyssop * 1 pinch frankincense * 3 pinches eyebright * A small piece of paper that has the astrological symbol for the sun drawn on it Fold the edges of the fabric inward, creating a charm bag. Use gold thread to seal the bag, and chant: "With the sun I light the way, bringing about joy and play. With these herbs I unlock the sun, releasing camaraderie and fun!" Keep this charm with you at work and recite the chant at the start of each work day. |
