She founded The Holland Group in 1986 and changed the name to Majestic Wolf Consulting in 2001 to reflect a shift in both personal and professional demeanor.

During her corporate career she held positions in all departments and at all levels of organizations from sales clerk and the first ever female Management Trainee for Montgomery Ward to National Director of Training for Target Stores.
