Jenay Marontate began learning the traditions and secrets of Kitchen Witchery at an early age, in the lush mountains of the Pacific Northwest, guided by her mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. As the author of Tea Magic and Tea Spells, she brings a lifelong knowledge of herbs, oils, folk magic and kitchen witchery to her loose-leaf tea business Kitchen Witch Gourmet. She also teaches the art of tea leaf reading and other forms of tea magic throughout the United States and in China.
