Spring into Your Soul

This article was written by Carrie Obry
posted under Health

When spring finally comes around, the housecleaning we all come to crave is actually no cliché. Once the temperature finally gets warm, few things are as fulfilling as opening your clean windows widely to let all of that glorious sun and a warm breeze inside. It feels so peaceful to sit comfortably in the calm spring weather with everything in order, a clean home and an orderly state of mind. It’s January as I write this, but I’m already excited to welcome in that wonderful feeling.

The process of spring cleaning is about so much more than the practical effect of having a clean home. It’s also about how you fit into the seasons and the rhythmic passing of time. Come spring, it’s all about rebirth and renewal. It’s time to dig in deeply and let things grow.

This spring, spend some time with a few books that warm up your spirit and, like the sun coaxing out the new growth, bring your deepest expression to life. Are you intrigued by embracing your true talents? Finding the way of being that is most truly your own? Getting acquainted with the idea of your soul will help you find the best, most authentic self you can be.

Susan Wisehart’s Soul Visioning shows you how to identify the limits that might keep you from reaching your highest potential. Based on her thirty years of experience as a holistic psychotherapist, Wisehart has cultivated a number of tools that help you release your own wisdom. The result is her therapeutic method called Soul Visioning, which combines the best of hypnotherapy, energy psychology, past life regression, forgiveness, and regression therapy. The power of Soul Visioning is that it can help you create your ideal future from the perspective of your higher self, the part of you that is lucid and wise. Experiential growth is a big part of this process, and Wisehart offers free audio mediations on her website that personally bring the process to life for you.

Dr. Linda Backman’s Bringing Your Soul to Light is an exploration of the divine purpose each of us is meant to life at the deepest level of our being. With her lifelong career as a licensed psychologist, Dr. Backman provides case after case of real-life regression sessions that movingly demonstrate how ordinary people used past life regression to better understand their life’s purpose. Her book explores the lasting effects past lives can have on the life we are currently living. From the physical to the emotional to the behavioral, past lives can affect our current life experience in every imaginable manner. Regression into these past-life scenes and events provides an opportunity to unlock whatever lasting effect they might have on our emotions thoughts, leading to a lasting sense of understanding and freedom.
