Creating a Magical Room for Love
This article was written by Mabel Iam posted under Relationships & Romance
| Magic is the art of using the energies provided by nature and the universe. When blocked energy becomes free, it produces pleasure and is hence welcomed by those around you. Successfully finding the right mate is a process that has three main steps. But before you undertake these steps, you need to create the conditions that will enable you to establish a deep spiritual rapport with someone special. You must: - Create clear affirmations of the person you’re looking for
- Create your own magical “love room”
- Invoke the man/woman of your dreams on a daily basis
When you are looking for a space in which to create a magical love room, it is essential that any such space fits your liking. It must be a place where you feel protected and comfortable. Pay attention to your intuition when choosing a magical room for love. If possible, it should be kept secret—hidden from other members of your household. Take the necessary time to choose your magical love room, visualize it, and decide what you want in it. Think of things that are significant to you and qualities you want in your ideal mate or perfect lover. In your sacred room, you will be able to experience who you are and who you might be; to transcend your daily needs and enlighten your spirit. Houses or rooms—just like your body—need good color, lighting, furnishing, and ornaments. Your room must reflect your lifestyle. Plus, your magical love nest needs to have objects that activate romance and sensuality. For example, the bedroom can be decorated with plants whose stems are entwined or a sculpture of two embraced lovers. But basically, your sacred room must have an altar: a small table (preferably wooden), a candleholder (preferably metal); a saucer with earth or salt, a vase with water, perfume, plants, flowers, incense, a sacred symbol or image, and candles. It is said that the preparation of the altar creates the necessary energy for a sex ritual. Setting up your sacred room is a creative process. The way in which you use the sacred room and the role it plays in your life is deeply personal. That’s why there are so many differences in the ways people go about preparing and energizing the place. Strict rituals can be carried out to purify the sacred place. You can burn herbs or hold special ceremonies to sanctify the altar (for example, during full moons, equinoxes, and solstices). You can also burn incense and use the smoke to purify it, play a drum, or ring bells. Your practices will change as your spiritual experience improves, from formal purification and cleansing rituals to simple prayers or invocations. Undoubtedly, the best way to energize your sacred room has to do with your personal style and habits. Here are some suggestions to energize and renovate your sacred room daily:
- Burn incense
- Play an instrument, which helps to change and heighten the place’s energy
- Ring a bell
- Sing or play your favorite love songs
- Decorate your room with flowers
- Fill vases with water and place them throughout the room
- Scatter crystals and gems
- Frame and display photographs of spiritual teachers you admire
- Display sacred letters
- Create cards with words or drawings that describe your wishes and goals
- Burn colored candles
- Incorporate things that remind you of love, like snapshots of happy times
Create a sacred space in your heart that will open your life and manifest an encounter with your perfect lover. |

When I first came up with the idea of writing the book Spells for Tough Times, I did so because I knew people out there needed help. They may need help with their finances, they may need help with their families, they may need help with their health; whatever the topic, there are people in this world in need, and it seems we often tend to forget... read this article
