Incense of the day: Pine Make today a time for spring-cleaning, in your home and in your life. Before beginning, draw a rough outline of your home. Assign a part of your self or your life to each room. For example, your living room may be your social life, your bedroom your love life or private life, and so on. Remember to include those junk rooms or drawers. As you clean each room, visualize yourself cleansing and eliminating all the aspects of that part of you that no longer serve you. Be sure to clear out the cobwebs in the corners and other hidden places, like the junk drawer. Before moving on to the next room, stand in the center of the newly cleaned room and imagine it full of light. Feel the light transform the energy of the room and that particular part of your life. Be aware of any insights or messages you receive during the process. |
