Incense of the day: Carnation Until one can personally identify the level of success, abundance, and prosperity one requires to live, the psyche will remain blocked-at least in terms of considering which affirmations and psychic work to undertake for these wishes. To make a start along the path of success and abundance, write one sentence on a piece of paper clarifying the level of prosperity you think you desire. Be rational, reasonable, and concise in stating these goals. Tell yourself that you want abundance with a passion but you are not obsessed. On the same paper, mention your immediate needs, such as paying an unexpectedly hefty bill, or revamping an old wardrobe, or working toward a new set of wheels. Use what money you now make wisely and seek to conserve any extra for rainy days, future security, or any parti-cular wishes you have. Wanton and profligate spending on things that are not essential necessities in daily life will dissipate your psychic abundance energies-so put yourself in the right mindset and try to stay there. When ready, place the piece of "wish-paper" on your altar. Put a small handful of coins and several dollar bills around the paper. Light some incense and a votive candle. Sit before your altar and petition Jupiter for granting your wish for abundance and prosperity for the foreseeable future. |
