Spell: Getting Rid of a Cold Spell

Sometimes, no matter what we do we can't avoid the worst of winter's viruses. To help get rid of a cold, start by bringing some water to a boil. Add fenugreek seeds to the water while chanting: "Seeds of fortune, seeds of change, restore my body." Continue to boil the water and seeds for five minutes, then remove from heat. Strain the water and sip the tea. You should not add sugar or honey to the tea, but lemon is fine.
