Hold the fruit in your hand and visualize it being filled with nurturing energy, the love of Mother Earth. Take a bite, then another. Eat the fruit slowly, savoring it. Imagine the fruit filling you with love - the ability to give and receive it. Use this chant to help you visualize: "Fruit of love, nurture me. Fill me with your energy.
