LLEWELLYN'S SPELL-A-DAY

Spell: A Wish Bracelet Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Just for fun and whimsy, it’s great to make wish bracelets. But lest you think they can’t be powerful, think again! Magic is all about what you put into it; both clarity of intention and follow-through count.

For this spell, all you’ll need is some cotton embroidery thread in the three colors that best represent your wish. As you braid the threads together, visualize your wish as already manifested. Once the braid is finished, tie a knot at one-quarter the length, visualizing the first thing you will do to achieve your wish. Tie another knot at the halfway point, visualizing the second thing you will do. Repeat with a third knot at three-quarters the length, then tie the bracelet on your wrist (or ankle) with three more knots. Say:

By all the power of three times three,
my wish now manifests. So mote it be!

By the time the bracelet wears off naturally, your wish should be true.
