Incense of the day: Coriander During this Capricorn Moon in the middle of winter, you can warm your bones and set strong foundations for your good intentions in the coming year. To prepare for this spell, find a special rock and cleanse and prepare it for magical work. Make a fire, or light a few candles on your altar. Get in touch with your body by stretching out on the floor. When you feel grounded, go to your altar, and place the rock in a spot facing north. Visualize yourself with roots going down into the earth, and say: Sacred rock, ground me. Help me set a course for the year ahead. |
