Incense of the day: Dill June is sacred to the Roman goddess Juno. Orris root is sacred to her as well and can be used to draw love. Juno is also known as our higher self. Today we will honor Juno, and in doing so, honor ourselves. Take a bit of orris root, and say, "You represent Juno and the love I have for myself." Place the root between two hand-held mirrors, and say: As the reflection is now never-ending, So too is my confidence and self-esteem. I shall grow and help others to grow. Mighty Juno, I takestrength from your aid. Leave the orris root between the mirrors until you feel it is no longer needed. |
