Incense of the day: Cinnamon To cleanse yourself of negative feelings today, this spell may help. Purchase some clay or other sculpting medium from an art supply store; it must be the type you can bake in a home oven. To begin the spell, work the clay vigorously. Feel the anger coming out of you, and channel it into the clay. Shape the clay into a small, flat, round shape. Inscribe it with the word "anger" and bake it. When your tablet is done, go into a garden or wooded area. Dig a small hole. Smash your tablet and crumble it into the hole. In a strong voice, say: Anger and sorrow be gone!
