Incense of the day: Musk Today is the Dalai Lama's birthday. He is an inspiring and compassionate leader for people of all faiths. Each one of us can attain a high level of devotion to our spiritual paths. We find strength, honor, and devotion within ourselves all the time, and we can renew our intention and our devotion at any time. Find a quiet place and settle yourself into it. Light a pink candle for the affection and love you have for yourself, and a white candle for the purity of your love for the divine that guides you. Breathe deeply and fully. As you breathe out, expel everything that pulls your attention away from your spiritual devotion. As you breathe in, take in peace and compassion. When you have expelled all distraction, simply breathe for a few moments. Breathe in pink and breathe out white. Continue to breathe in the sweetness and peace for at least twenty minutes. When you are finished, thank all the spirits that guide you, then extinguish the candles. |
