Incense of the day: Maple This is the day when Pagans give thanks to their spirit guides for their protection and counsel. Light a purple candle. Burn a mixture of bay, lemongrass, and mugwort. Center and meditate for at least twenty minutes, reviewing the past year. Pay attention in your review to the times when you heeded an inner voice, and the way that affected your choices. Start a new practice of journaling each time you act on your inner voice. Also, try journaling every time you experience synchronicity in your life.
