Use this power to promote your health by making Sun tea. Stuff a cloth teabag with healthy solar herbs such as calendula, chamomile, cinnamon, ginseng, hibiscus, lemon, orange, and tea leaves. Fill a clear glass jug with cold water, add your tea bag, and say: As the golden hours pass, May Sun's power fill this glass. Set in direct sunlight for several hours.
